About me

I am convinced that everyone has the potential to overcome personal challenges and experience inner growth – but sometimes this requires a professional outside perspective.

After completing my bachelor's degree at the Sigmund Freud Private University and a master's year at New York University, I am currently deepening my knowledge in a master's program at the Sigmund Freud Private University with a focus on behavioral therapy, which I will complete next year.

The right framework for online meetings:

To ensure a focused and uninterrupted session, it's important to choose a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable and can speak freely. Ideally, this location should be free from distractions, background noise, or digital distractions.

For a smooth session, a stable internet connection and a device with a microphone (optional: camera) are required.

Although the screen creates a different dynamic than in-person sessions, online therapy offers unique advantages—such as the feeling of being able to open up more comfortably in a familiar environment. In a suitable setting, it allows for deep reflection and meaningful progress, just like traditional psychotherapy.
